Task:

With a beautiful new store in Riyadh opening, Godiva needed to create buzz in order to get their target market coming through the doors.

Process:

Instead of running social or display ads, we created an organic strategy to connect with fans. We implemented a social listening strategy and monitored social media channels, engaging with fans on a personal level to create loyalty.

By posting a teaser in the week leading up to the opening, we created mystery and excitement around the opening.

Results:

Second Quarter sales projections were met within the first month of being open. The store enjoyed over 2000 daily customers during this time period.
